Tom Miller is Planting Seeds of Hope: Walking with Heroes on a Journey Toward Purpose and Peace

  Tom Miller is Planting Seeds of Hope: Walking with Heroes on a Journey Toward Purpose and Peace Serving as a guide in the Hero on a Mission program has been one of the greatest blessings in my life. What I’ve found is that many of our dedicated Heroes simply need someone to sit with them—someone who genuinely cares about their present struggles and future hopes. When that trust begins to form, and they feel safe enough to share their story, something incredible happens: Hope begins to take root. “Hope is for everyone” isn’t just a tagline—it’s something I see come to life every time a Hero starts to believe that growth and stability are genuinely possible. When we walk alongside them, offering encouragement, teaching life-changing concepts, and consistently showing up, we get to witness transformation. The sense of accomplishment on their faces, the peace they carry after a session, is truly inspiring. What’s even more meaningful to me is the opportunity to share Jesus. Many of o...

Diapers = Dignity

Diapers = Dignity Diapers aren’t just a necessity—they’re a lifeline to health, comfort, and peace of mind. But for many struggling families, affording them means choosing between food, rent, or clean bottoms. No parent should have to make that call. That’s where you come in. Thanks to generous people like you, we’re able to keep little ones dry and parents breathing easier. Sizes 5 and 6 disappear the fastest, so if you’re able, consider donating a box—maybe even regularly.  Here’s how to help: 🍼 Shop our online diaper list 📦 Drop off at the Life Center (Tues/Thurs, 5–7pm or Sat, 9–12) 🙏 Or bring them to Whitewater Crossing during a weekend service Your kindness tells families: You’re seen. You’re not alone. Thanks for helping bring hope, one diaper at a time.

The Bus That Brings Relief, Hope, and Maybe Even a Free Phone You never forget the sound of a bus pulling up when you’ve been waiting for something to arrive, especially when it’s bringing help. On Wednesday, July 2, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., something powerful is coming to the Life Center: the Hamilton County 513Relief Bus. It doesn’t honk its horn or flash bright lights. It just parks, opens its doors, and quietly changes lives.  Inside this one-of-a-kind mobile resource center, you’ll find a surprising amount of goodness packed into a single vehicle: Fresh produce (courtesy of Food from the Soul) Free phones (thanks to Stand Up Wireless) Mobile banking and financial wellness support (via Fifth Third Bank) Medical screenings (blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol, provided by UC Health) Mental health support, housing connections, peer recovery, resources for seniors, and even birth certificates Think of it like a one-stop neighborhood pop-up shop for your well-being—...
